Yoga Move 1) Standing Forward Fold- This is simply standing with your feet shoulder width apart and bending over at the waist. Bend your knees as much as you need to. Hold for 5 to 10 even breaths.

Yoga Move 2) Seated Twist- Sit on your butt with your feet out in front of you. Bend one leg up to a 90 degree bend and cross it over the other leg. Twist your body in the same direction of the leg that is crossed over. (left leg crossed- twist to the left). Keep your back upright and on the inhale extend upwards, on the exhale twist deeper. 10 breaths.

Yoga Move 3) Boat- Lie on your back and come up to a "V" position with your back straight and your legs either bent or straight. Straight legs will be more advanced. Start with 5 breaths and do 3 sets. Work up to 10 or 20 even breaths.

Yoga Move 4) Superman- Lie on your front with your arms in front of you like Superman. Relax, then on an exhale raise everything upwards off the ground so you are balancing on your stomach muscles. This increases strength all along the back muscles. Increase the number of breaths over time you can hold the position.

Yoga Move 5) Side Bend- Stand up with your feet shoulder distance apart and your arms reaching for the sky. Grip your right wrist with the left hand and bend to the left to stretch the side muscles. Hold for 5 to 10 deep breaths. Repeat on the opposite side.
